Description

We house and utilize volunteer groups up to 50 members. Volunteers must be 14 of older. Younger volunteers will be considered if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Volunteer groups must be accompanied by adult volunteers. College/University volunteer groups must be accompanied by a designated supervisor. No previous construction experience is required.

Additional Detail



Application deadline is 3 months prior to your volunteer date and is accompanied by a $50 deposit per person. The deposit is subtracted from the total volunteer fee which is due upon arrival.

Your Housing! We give First Presbyterian a small donation to cover overhead costs at the church. • The Volunteer Department! Another portion goes back into the volunteer program to continue making the volunteer experience the best it can be. • The Families we serve! Most importantly, the majority of your fee goes into the cost of materials and carpenter time that make helping families possible. Your commitment of time and fees, allows the Housing Development Alliance to serve families who could otherwise not be assisted.
