Description

Are you a Special Education Teacher? Would you like to see a child’s world expand – just because you answered the call to come? Bringing your specialist discipline in Special Education allows each child to experience an open window into their potential in their world. You will see curiosity turn to delight and wonder as lessons unravel love of learning. Join our team of self-funded volunteers living and serving in China with International China Concern and start to touch the lives of children with special needs. All over China, thousands of infants and children with disabilities are abandoned each year by their families. These children don’t get access to even the most basic education that children in western nations routinely receive. Using your skills as a special educator, you can have a life-long impact on many of these children. By volunteering with International China Concern (ICC) in China, you will be bringing love, hope and opportunity to China’s abandoned and disabled. Email Jannene on personnel@chinaconcern.org to find out how you can make a difference or go to www.chinaconcern.org/volunteer-teacher and discover your love for life with ICC.
