Description

Every month, volunteer teams prepare a meal for the families and volunteers of the 180 Program.Volunteers also prepare snacks and desserts for training sessions for new volunteers. The Meal Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the on-line schedule and sign-up for the meals, and following-up each meal with a thank you note. (There are usually 1-2 total meals provided each month). At the end of every year, the Meal Coordinator is responsible for sending acknowledgment letters to each team leader who has provided food throughout the year. Skills * Administration/ Basic Computer Skills: This leadership opportunity is largely based on computer skills and time management. The schedule is internet-based, and most often communication with our meal providers is via email. Responsibilities for this position (scheduling, follow-up and end of the year acknowledgments) must be completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

All team leaders must complete a Volunteer Application, pass a background check, and attend quarterly team leader meetings.
