Love Lines Mission Statement Love Lines exists to maintain a 24-hour telephone crisis intervention center, partnering with churches and other agencies to serve those with needs by referral for short or long-term assistance. In addition to referrals, as a ministry we want to give hope to people with the use of lay counsel, scripture according to the Holy Bible, prayer, and local outreach. Our goal is to connect with every person who contacts us, and when necessary, refer them to the appropriate agencies for continued ministry and support. Love Lines Vision Statement We want to reconcile each ministry contact to God through Christ Jesus as described in 2 Corinthians 5:18,19, "Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation." In-person counseling is an additional service of Love Lines that is done onsite. Our objecive is to help people to be whole. We counsel people that suffer from depression to anxiety, from being hatefull to hurting themselves. from being afraid to thinking God doesn't love them. *you will be one on one with the person your counseling, 2 counselors if your counseling the opposite sex *needs to be confidential *paperwork done for each counseling session and handed in to the director *needs to be a phone counselor Hours *each session is possibly 2 hours long *this is not an ongoing service only up to 3 sessions if needed If the person receiving counseling needs further help we refer them to a professional or where God's shows us.
