Description

On September 13, 2008 Hurricane Ike hit Texas, leaving a wide path of destruction across Eastern Texas. In Galveston alone, nearly 75% of the structures were completely destroyed. As of January, 2009 an estimated 18,000 homes were still damaged in the Houston area.
