Intern will be responsible for serving in a specified area of the Fall Festival while working on building
relationships with the residents and staff. Supervisory and administrative skills will be learned as the intern
works with staff, residents and the public. This internship is an excellent opportunity for participants willing
to ?serve in any needed capacity? while learning essential, marketable skills within the scope of ?mission
work?. Interns will be able to explore many different aspects of leadership development.
This Internship is designed specifically for the fall, begins in August and finishes in November. Scheduled
activity will require approx. 40 hours per week. Attendance at some weekend and/or evening activities may be
required.

We will pay $150 per month in stipend and $250 per month toward tuition reimbursement. In addition, each
full-time intern will receive full room and meals paid.
