Description

Teach gardening skills to adults with developmental disabilities. Our Ability Garden is a garden that fosters mental and physical health and is accessible for all. This organic garden, which includes Texas native trees, bushes, flowering perennials and reseeding annuals as well as heat and drought tolerant varieties of herbs and vegetables, enables our clients to develop their communication, socialization, motor, and horticultural skills. It brings them a sense of accomplishment and pure delight as they watch their work grow.
