Influencing to Achieve Results Workshop: Onsite Training Course These training courses enable participants to develop and implement techniques to influence others and achieve positive personal and organizational results. The workshop is based on building and maintaining strong, long-lasting professional relationships and leveraging each person?s strengths and influencing style COURSE ACHIEVEMENT / SOCIAL IMPACT The Courses will reduce the world pressure,crisis,confusion (Conflicts ) ,crime ,Theft ,starvation, serious illness , death and attendee (trainee) will gain the wealth of knowledge (self-management skills) to develop, prosper, secure and help saving the humanity. Successively etc.., CONFLICT DEFINITION This world is one where there is a conflict between historical culture, the impulses of the individual body and the intensities of inner experience. The conflict between the respective positions creates a serious question which, in my opinion, can only be properly determined after a trial. 1) Mental control resulting from incompatible or opposing needs, impulses, wishes, external or internal requirements. 2) Strong disagreement between people, groups, etc., which results in arguments often angry, Such are the struggle for power, property or a difference that prevents agreement, disagreement between ideas, feelings , Etc., 3) Programs will provide you with essential resources, strategic methods to determine when, where and how to identify the source of conflict of interest and will develop a system to reduce the number of problems. MOTIVATIONAL RESEARCH & CONFLICT OF INTEREST SOLUTIONS 1) People need to understand the basic principles, control of the egocentric spirit and its influences, feelings, emotions, look for the root causes, hate the evil (of their thought) and consent to accept theirs faults or errors. 2) People must understand the hierarchy of rights, develop self-discipline to follow Laws and work collaboratively with others TRANSFORMATION AND POWERFUL FORCE The Inner (internal) work is the essential key that help discovering the death of ego ,waking up the subconsciousness of the nature, to eliminate all defects, vices and wickedness, the root cause of our misfortunes Who sleep in our consciousness. There are two kinds of wisdom, the doctrine of mind and heart. The doctrines of the mind are those which content themselves with spiritualist theories and beliefs. The doctrine of the heart are those who practice the teachings and experience them in themselves. The most important thing of truth is to eliminate the vices, defects and wickedness that every human being carries inside and without knowing the cause, the source of death and the defects to eliminate them, there can be never transformation in people either successful organizational development.
