Description

CUMAC regularly feeds 3,100 food insecure clients a month... long story short, it takes a lot of food to meet the needs of everybody who comes our way! Holding a collection is a fun and easy way to ensure we can get food to those who need it most. Collection can be held anywhere: work, school, your religious home, at your local grocery store. They offer a chance to use your creativity and compassion in an incredibly rewarding way. Best part? CUMAC will happily guide you through the process. Feel free to visit our website for a list of needed items and collection guide. Or simply call the office at 973-742-5518 and ask for Stephanie. As CUMAC works to feed rising numbers in this time of need, we couldn't keep up without the generosity of our collection team. Thanks so much for your interest in getting food to those in need. Requirements: Ability to work independently and off-site required. Ability to find a collection source: contacting a local grocery store, working with your religious home, work place, school, club etc etc to collect. Ability to transport food to CUMAC preferred and highly encouraged, but not required.
