Facilities Maintenance, Wayside Cross Ministries, Aurora, Illinois

?	General maintenance and custodial duties.



?	Reports directly to the Wayside Cross Hope Outreach Director.



The position would be part-time, M-F, 30-35 hours per week. You would primarily be working days with an 
occasional Saturday if we have a volunteer work team working on a facilities project. You would direct and follow up 
on the residents assigned to janitorial and maintenance. The residents are men enrolled in Wayside's recovery 
program with chaotic lives from past abuse, violence and addictions. You will also advise as to the maintenance 
needs which would need to be taken care of by a contractor.

 Requirements 

Some experience with facilities maintenance or general contracting and custodial duties preferred. Applicant 
must have a valid driver?s license to be able to drive ministry support vehicles to pick up needed materials.
