Description

Work alongside refugees and immigrants as they fill out citizenship applications at large, monthly workshops. Volunteers will provide a friendly, helpful face for the applicants to work with, while also functioning as a communicator with the Citizenship Coordinator to answer questions and solve concerns. Volunteers are free to attend as many or as few workshops as they are available for. Requirements: Volunteers must acknowledge the Mission, Vision, and Values of World Relief. They must also attend a Citizenship Assistant Training workshop and fill out a Volunteer Application. Bilingual abilities and previous cross-cultural experience are helpful, but not required.
