Case Management Volunteer, The Center of Hope, West Palm Beach, Florida

 Description

Assist Case Managers with paperwork, client interviews, assisting clients with obtaining supportive services 
such as bus tickets, health care appointments, obtaining eye glasses, drafting budgets, getting free furniture, 
finding housing, and so forth.

 Requirements 

1.	Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma

2.	Must:

a.	Demonstrate ability to communicate with general public, staff and clients in a manner  that is positive, 
effective, sensitive, compassionate, respectful and fair;

b.	Demonstrate computer skills and techniques to effectively guide, direct and train others;

c.	Ability to understand and implement program policies in the delivery of client services;

d.	Demonstrate good organizational and written communication skills;
