"On duty" 22 hours a day. (Tot Lot camp: responsible for up to 4 children for 14 hours per day or more.) -
Help campers get ready & oversee daily routine. - Lead daily cabin devotions. - Set a good example & counsel
campers in healthy relating, anger management, sportsmanship, self image, spiritual growth, personal hygiene, etc. -
Maintain discipline & order among campers. - Connect with campers at least 3 times in the following school
year.
Requirements
Personal relationship with Jesus Christ & regular church attendance for at least 1 year. - 18 or older (16 or
older for Assistant Counselors) - One reference from church leader (pastor, etc.). - Ability to lead others in
establishing & developing relationship with Christ. - Relates well with others. - Patient, firm, experienced
with leading people & maintaining discipline. - Energetic & fun loving. Affirming. - Enjoy outdoor environment &
activities...even in inclement weather. - "Fountain of love" for the campers.
