Mission Statement

Our mission is to help those that are less blessed by making quilted blankies for sick children or children in sheltered homes. We are recruiting volunteers to help us make blankies either by quilting, knitting or crocheting. We accept donations of newly made blankies. We also accept cotton batting and cotton fabric. Father God has blessed us with fabric, batting, a few sewing machines, needles, pins, quilting books and magazines. We depend one hundred percent on God to supply our needs. I am praying for Father God to supply the need of a long arm quilting machine and stand. I know that one day HE will supply that need!

Description

We are a small group of Christian women that come together twice a month to make quilted blankies for the less blessed and for NICU babies. We also make blankies or lap quilts for local shelters that house abused, neglected and/or abandoned children. We have donated quilts to our local Fire Department as well for burn-out victims. We started our group in September of 2008.
