Mission Statement


TechCeFaCos Group Cameroon is an officially registered non-profit, apolitical, developmental and charity-oriented organisation with authorization No.: NW/GP/27/04/8170…background! In this light, TechCeFaCos’ mission is to create positive impact: 1-in the lives of underprivileged individuals and communities; and 2-changing the phase of development process throughout the Cameroon national territory. TechCeFaCos has as her strategic vision: the ‘Creation of New Hope’ to enhance wealth creation through creativity and technological empowerment as a crucial element that makes up our development and humanitarian programs-proving empowerment as the only solution to Cameroon and Africa’s economic and unemployment hurdles...strategy and values! Its in this light that, TechCeFaCos is aimed at promoting and encouraging developmental policies and strategic initiatives toward creativity and technological empowerment using holistic approach, based on high sounding strategic development and humanitarian programs as follows…goals and objectives!

Description


A. Development Programs:  Community Development-reaching out to rural and desperate communities with strategies initiatives for wealth creation; women empowerment, and environmental sustainability etc  ICT for Sustainable Development-using holistic approach based on our general initiative on ICT4D In Cameroon: projects and programmes like Bui ICT Service Centre & Twinning Links; Computers for Cameroon etc  Capacity Building-as one of the challenging functions of Africa development: capacity building for non profit groups (associations, CIGs etc), institutions, local authorities-council/government, Fondoms/Chiefdom; communities etc  Education & Vocational Training-providing theoretical and practical as well as on-job-training skills and internship opportunities on IT/ICTs Training; and Arts & Craft Training Skills  Sustainable Micro-Enterprise-using fair trade and social enterprise principles, for arts and crafts products etc  Collaboration & Social Network-Targets (18) In cooperation with the private sector, makes available the benefits of new technologies, especially information and communications technologies; (16) In cooperation with developing countries, develop and implement strategies for decent and productive work for youth; (12) Develop further an open, rule-based, predictable, nondiscriminatory trading and financial system.  Volunteer Opportunities-"The strongest bond of human sympathy outside the family relation should be one uniting working people of all nations and tongues and kindreds." - Abraham Lincoln B. Humanitarian Programs:  ‘Project of Great Hope-Mission’ is our humanitarian program design for the 'desperate pygmies’ communities' of Ngambe-Tikar in the upper bounders of the Central Region of Cameroon. Project of Great Hope-Missions to undertake involves: De-Worming Children; Building Water Wells; Shelter Initiative; Educational Needs; ‘Help A Child’  Children’s Safety Program is an ‘accident and health insurance’ for OVC involve training sectors like carpentry/woodwork, Car and Motorcycle Mechanics etc Available! Programmes & Strategic Plans | Projects Work Plans | Project Presentations & Package | Collaborator
