Mission Statement


The Foundation „Regina Pacis” from the Republic of Moldova, further on „Foundation”, was created as a result of the reorganization through transformation of the Branch of the Foundation „Regina Pacis” in the Republic of Moldova. The Foundation is the successor of the Branch of the Foundation „Regina Pacis” as regards its rights and obligations. The Foundation is a non-political, non-commercial organization of public utility created by the Bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church from the Republic of Moldova and pursues the goals of ensuring moral aid and assistance, as well as conditions for social reintegration of all people who found themselves in conditions of difficulty, especially children on their own, men and women in need, trafficked women, the poor, and emigrated Moldovan citizens. The Mission of the Foundation consists in contributing to solving complex problems our society is faced with by providing moral aid and social assistance to all people who found themselves in conditions of difficulty, especially children on their own, men and women in need, victims of the phenomenon of trafficking of human beings, the poor, and emigrated Moldovan citizens, and by meeting conditions for their reintegration in society.

The Legal Status of the Organization: The Foundation „Regina Pacis” was founded on March 04, 2001 and acts on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Moldova on Cults. The Statute of the Foundation „Regina Pacis” was registered by the State Service for the Problems of Cults of the Republic of Moldova on November 21, 2005 under the registration number 2115. The Structural Units of the Foundation “Regina Pacis”: o The Headquarters of the Foundation „Regina Pacis” (Chisinau); o The Centre of Placement of Children „Regina Pacis” (Chisinau); o The Social Canteen and the Centre of Communication „Regina Pacis” (Chisinau); o The Cenacle „Regina Pacis” (Chisinau); o The Centre of Social Assistance „Casa degli Amici di Mario” (Vărvăreuca, FR); o The Centre for Volunteer Work (Chisinau); o The Centre of Social Assistance „Regina Pacis” (Tiraspol); o The Information Office for Migrants „MCL” (Chisinau); o The Information Office for Migrants „ACLI” (Chisinau); o The Office of Long-Distance Assistance (Chisinau)
