Mission Statement We exist to share the Word of God and demonstrate the love of Christ to the homeless and needy through rescue ministries. Vision Statement To continue to provide vital, ongoing services and programs to Portland's homeless, and create new opportunities in education, job training, and employment, helping to build self-sufficiency and break the cycle of homelessness.
