Providing food to the hungry in our community is a vital part of our daily mission to reach, serve, uplift,
and empower individuals, families, and communities.
Volunteers of America Western Washington distributes food to families in need throughout the communities we
serve. The Everett Food Bank is in need of a volunteer to assist drivers twice a month with the distribution of
home deliveries to in-bound seniors and individuals with disabilities. The Food Rescue assistant will meet the
truck driver at the Snohomish County Distribution Center, help with the loading of home delivery food into
distribution trucks, ride along with the assigned driver on the predetermined route, and assist with food
distribution to our clients.
Excellent opportunity to make a positive contribution in the lives of others, work with friends and neighbors
who share the same desire to serve, and have a great time! Make a difference in your community!
