Description
As a member of the Area Leadership Team, develop and lead a team of volunteers to mobilize and assist
Christian churches in assigned areas to become actively involved in sharing the eternal joy and hope of Jesus Christ
through Operation Christmas Child (OCC).
Requirements
Spiritually mature Christian
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Connected to and knowledgeable of assigned geographic area
Committed to the ministry goals of OCC
Sensitive to the various Christian denominational differences
