Description
Develop and lead an Area Leadership Team to mobilize and assist individuals, churches, and groups in assigned
areas to become actively involved in sharing the eternal joy and hope of Jesus Christ through Operation
Christmas Child (OCC).
Requirements

Proven leadership skills
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Connected to and knowledgeable of assigned geographic area
Committed to the ministry goals of OCC
