Sponsor a food drive, The Salvation Army, New Jersey

 Description

The Salvation Army has served New Jersey since 1880.  Over the years, we have responded to the spiritual and 
physical needs of the community and used our knowledge for providing cost-effective services - giving the most 
for its charitable dollar to help those facing hard times.  Over a century later, we are still waging the 
battle.  The need is still there, and your support will make a difference in the lives of people for years to come.



Help The Salvation Army by sponsoring a food drive.  You can make a difference to New Jersey residents by 
organizing a canned food drive to benefit Salvation Army pantries.  There are many ways to sponsor a food drive - 
have a competition at work or at your next party invite your friends to bring a donation of canned goods.



Alternatively you can also collect health and hygiene products to supplement assistance provided at Salvation 
Army food pantries.

 Requirements 

No special skills are required.  Access to a vehicle would be a plus to transport items to your local 
Salvation Army food pantry, however this is not required.
