 Description


Host groups during their time in the city by: orienting them to the city and CSM rules and guidelines;  
framing each ministry site and activity;  guiding them to each site and restaurant; facilitating their entire 
schedule and leading evening discussions and debriefs to help them process their experiences.


 Requirements 


A city host should have a heart for both youth ministry and urban missions, with strong leadership, people, 
and communication skills. Prefer at least one year of college or university experience.

 Additional Detail


Start dates are generally around Jan/Feb or May 20. Positions generally last for three months, although 
sometimes possible to extend it.



Site visit and interview to one of our sites (Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York City, 
Philadelphia, San Francisco, Toronto and Washington, D.C.) required before hiring decision made.
