that will be given to families who visit CAIN's Choice Pantry.or
Each month, CAIN serves over 300 low-income individuals and families who need help with basic material
necessities. Even more than that, they need a way to connect on a personal level with someone who is kind and caring
towards them. CAIN feeds bodies and souls. Neighborhood-based emergency assistance is a layer of support for
those who may not have any other. Mental illness, substance abuse, domestic violence, inadequate education
and emergencies (job loss, fire, death in family) are things that many families struggle with each and every day.
We make every effort to connect people and support them in facing hardships. Being able to obtain food,
household or hygiene items, diapers, cleaning supplies and other basics somewhere in their neighborhood is very
important, as is being able to talk to someone who will listen.
