Volunteer in Charge of First Impressions, Catholic Charities of Eastern Virginia, Inc., Virginia Beach, Virginia

 Description

Catholic Charities is in need of a volunteer(s) to greet clients and guests when they enter our Virginia Beach 
Blvd office.  The primary job duties include providing a friendly greeting to all visitors and directing 
clients to the appropriate staff member or community resource.  A volunteer manual, community resource guide, 
computer, phone, and training are all provided. Volunteer(s) may also be asked to assist staff with special projects. 

This is a great opportunity for anyone who is seeking experience working in human services.

 Requirements 

Volunteers must be at least 18 years and have a clean criminal background check. Volunteers must also be 
outgoing and have a desire to help others. An orientation and training are required prior to volunteering. (Criminal 
background check is paid for by Catholic Charities)
