Description

Volunteers needed daily and weekly to upkeep large herb and vegetable garden for homeless shelter. Daily maintenance: Water vegetable/herb garden and surrounding floral landscape. Weekly maintenance: Harvest vegetables and care for Purple Martin nesting house. Vegetables will be ready to harvest beginning mid-April and continuing into July. Herbs can be harvested on-going.

Requirements

Ability to stand for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Ability to kneel in garden. Seeking both experienced gardeners and unskilled volunteers to help maintain garden.
