The heart of our ministry is the Counselor/Activity worker. Their primary role is to initiate positive
relationship with each the of the six to eight campers under their supervision in the context of a safe,
Christ-centered community that welcomes racially diverse youth
Requirements
We are looking for people who: * genuinely enjoy people and especially children and youth from cities. * have
a desire to work with culturally diverse people * are mature in character, gentle in spirit, and optimistic in
outlook. * are willing to participate actively in the mission and purpose of CityTeam Camp MayMac * are willing
to be accountable to others through guidance and regulations established for daily work standards and personal
conduct
