Mentor Kenosha & Racine has been created to address these needs. Our mission is to build social capital by fostering meaningful mentoring relationships among individuals in Racine and Kenosha Counties. Whether you are a community member, mentor, mentor program leader or business leader, there?s a role for you to play in this exciting initiative. Your participation is the key to our collective success. Together, we can build a thriving mentoring community. Mentor Kenosha & Racine provides services to the local mentoring community, including: * Mentor Program Certification * Mentor recruitment for Certified Mentoring Programs * Engagement opportunities for Community Partners * Training opportunities to help develop effective mentoring skills * Professional development for volunteers and staff of mentoring agencies * Access to mentoring research and leading practices
