To ensure the best interests of juveniles experiencing delinquency problems are served and their voices are heard in Court by supporting, promoting, and training court-appointed community volunteer child advocates.

The juvenile court has jurisdiction in Marion County over the following cases: acts of delinquency, status offenses, emancipation and children in need of services (CHINS). The Juvenile Division consists primarily of the Juvenile Court, Juvenile Detention Center, and the Juvenile Probation Department. Address: 2451 N.
