Mission Statement

We improve the quality of life and provide equal opportunities to children and young adults with disabilities through professional services, advocacy, and by raising public awareness. We are working to help improve the lives of Bulgaria's disabled children, reversing decades-long practices of neglect. Our goal is to provide community-based support in small group homes and Day centers.
