Mission Statement


ICA's mission is children. Children who are orphaned, abandoned, trafficked, refugees, unaccompanied minors, abused and neglected and undocumented minors no matter what their circumstances need family, stability and hope for a future. ICA achieves its mission through adoption, foster care, specialized transition homes, Welcome Home adoption camps and its educational programs including a Children's Peace Exhibit and fair trade Jubilee Exchange.

ICA has two divisions. One focuses on adoption , foster care and specialized homes and the other focuses on educational pieces including its Children's Peace Exhibit, fair trade Jubilee Exchange and conferences on issues effecting children.
