Description

Holy Trinity Hospice is staffed by our skilled and experienced team including a medical director, registered nurses, a clinical social worker, spiritual counselor, home health aides, a bereavement coordinator, and specially-trained volunteers. Our team is focused on life-affirming care from a perspective focusing on the patient and family as a whole; physically, psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually. The patient and family are considered to be a part of this dynamic, interdisciplinary team and are encouraged to establish their own goals and agreement with the plan of care based upon their individual needs, beliefs, and life-style. We also operate a hospice residence, the Ichabod Washburn Hospice Residence, in downtown Worcester. The facility has 19 beds and is open to several local hospices.
