Mission Statement
Our mission is in fulfillment of Matthew 25:32-46. In compassion, provide for the short-term needs of homeless families and children, and in love, empower these families with the long-term solutions to end their cycle of homelessness. At Freedom House, our purpose is to serve Green Bay-area families who find themselves in need of emergency housing. our program involves a step-by-step action plan for each family aimed at obtaining permanent housing and employment and restoring the family unit. The result is a positive and beneficial environment that encourages families to live more productive, healthy and fulfilling lives.
Description
Freedom House is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving homeless families with children in the Green Bay area. Our 12-to-16 week Family Life Advancement Program provides not only food, clothing and shelter, but also education, counseling, and spiritual guidance that helps families break the cycle of homelessness. * More than 750 families have been served since 1992. * Nearly 2000 children have seen hope restored. *Fewer than 5 percent have returned to homelessness.

The mission of Freedom House Ministries is to serve the needs of the Homeless, Helpless and Hopeless Families in the Greater Green Bay, Wisconsin Area and to fulfill Matthew 25:32-46. The vision is to continue to provide programs that cause Families to be successful in all areas of their lives… spiritually, emotionally, socially, physically, financially and intellectually. We will provide a positive and beneficial environment that will encourage families to live more productive, healthy and fulfilling lives!
