Mission Statement

We place disadvantaged families and individuals, as well as equip them with the resources and basic means to reestablish themselves within the community’s labor force as functional family members who become productive, and gainfully employed citizens. Schools are the fundamental environment that educates and nurtures the growth of prolific citizens of today and tomorrow’s future generations. We are designed to assist and be available to provide our expertise, upon request, as deemed necessary by school personnel. Churches of all denominations and other organizations network alongside of Florida Victory Outreach Center to distribute food to the hungry and any other supportive manpower services that are determined on an “as needed” basis.
