Mission Statement
CCID is an all-volunteer disabled consumer advocacy IRS recognized 501(C)3 tax-exempt non-profit group whose mission is to create an affordable home-based Internet e-Commerce business model for motivated Members who volunteer only 1 hour per week without even owning a computer by using a Web Enabled cell phone.
Description
CCID offers Virtual Volunteer positions to motivated disabled, disadvantaged, unemployed, and retired individuals as an opportunity to showcase their skills and unique talents while gaining current work experience through their volunteer efforts. The problem of not having any current work experience on one's resume is a Catch-22. Disabled, disadvantaged, and unemployed individuals who don't have a recent job do not have any current work experience that they can place on their resumes when interviewing for a job.
Organizational Statement of Faith
"When faced with a mountain, I will not quit! I will keep on striving until I climb over, find a pass through, tunnel underneath - or simply stay and turn the mountain into a gold mine, with God's help!" Friedrich von Schiller
